These are the terms on which you may use ColdSpeak. They are meant to be readable.
Using the app
You may use ColdSpeak for your own practice. Do not resell it, do not try to break it, and do not use it to record anyone who has not agreed to be recorded.
Your content
Your recordings, transcripts and bank items remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service on your behalf — storing that content, and passing it to the processors named in the privacy policy so it can be transcribed and scored.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, and are managed and cancelled there. Refunds are handled under the relevant store's policy, because that is who takes the payment.
What the app does not promise
Scores and critiques are generated automatically and are there to guide practice. They are an opinion produced by software, not an assessment of your ability, and nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome in a real room.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Ending it
There is no account to close. Stop using the app whenever you like: delete your data from Settings, or uninstall it, and nothing of yours remains.
